Outside enjoy the beautiful Exmouth weather by the pool which has a lounge pool (spa with no jets) attached to it and a gazebo at the end. There is plenty of space for three cars and two boats / trailers with no height restrictions.

Please note: No access is available to the garage. Sorry, no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. This property does not have a jetty.
