| We keep your property in excellent order. We attend to urgent repairs and inform you of any maintenance issues. We can also organise regular gardening & pool maintenance. Tenants often identify maintenance issues on the “feedback form” placed in each property prior to every arrival. Regular inspections and reliable cleaners help to identify any necessary maintenance. |
| Inventory / Property Report |
| A detailed report explaining the condition of your property and plenty of photos are taken at the commencement of the management. An inventory list is also displayed in each property. |
| Accounting |
| Each month we forward you an itemised statement clearly outlining rental revenue, expenses, fees & occupancy. We can also collate an end of financial year statement for your taxation documentation. |
