Coral Coast Accommodation

Located just a few minutes walk to the centerof town this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is fully self contained and offers a comfortable accommodation option for the budget traveler. Ideal for a single, couple or a family the unit has a large open plan kitchen living area and two bedrooms separated by the bathroom. Externally there is a small alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor table. Parking is onsite and there is space for only one car within the parking area. All boats, trailers need to be parked outside the fenced area.

Linen and towels are provided, except for beach towels. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Noise restrictions apply between 10 pm and 8 am.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergencies. On arrival the keys are found in a lock box next to the front door. You will be contacted via sms just prior to arrival with the lock box key code. Arrivals are after 1400 hours and check-out before 1000 hours. Early check-in and late departures can be arranged with prior approval subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine the numerous local restaurants and cafes offer. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitors Centre or visit their website prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

July 2020 - The House was so close to town, less than a 5 minute walk and definitely keeps you cool in the warm weather. The beds were comfortable and the house was nice and clean, would stay there again!
