This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergencies. On arrival the keys are found in a lock box next to the front door. You will be contacted via sms just prior to arrival with the lock box key code. Arrivals are after 1500 hours and check-out before 1000 hours. Early check-in and late departures can be arranged with prior approval subject to availability.

Exmouth has 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
