This affordable property contains two residences: the main house with three bedrooms and a separate self-contained unit with a living area and a bedroom. The separate unit is great for guests who enjoy travelling together but appreciate their own space. Located on a quiet street and only a few minutes drive from the shops, restaurants and cafes. Bring your cars and boats - there is plenty of parking space for two cars and boats.
The main house features an open plan living and dining area with a TV, lounges and dining suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and an oven, a microwave and fridge/freezer. For all fishermen - there is a chest freezer to store your catch.
There are two Queen size bedrooms and a bedroom with a Bunk bed, a trundle and a Single bed. The large family bathroom boasts a corner spa and a shower. A separate toilet is adjacent to the full laundry.
The spacious shaded timber deck is brilliant for entertaining your family and friends while you enjoy the beautiful Exmouth weather, host a barbeque and have sundowners.
The separate unit has an open plan living/dining area with a sofa and a TV, a kitchen, a Double size bedroom and an ensuite. Enjoy the peace and quiet and have a cuppa on your own private deck in front of the unit.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
