This fabulous four bedroom, two bathroom home sleeps 13 people and is well appointed; perfect for large groups or multiple families.
Downstairs there is a large, air conditioned, open plan kitchen, with stainless steel European appliances, and views of the canals, enjoy a cold beverage over the island bench or in the dining and living space with plenty of room for all. There are three bedrooms, the master suite has a walk in robe and ensuite, bedrooms two and three are queen sized serviced by a large family bathroom including a full sized bath located downstairs. Also included is a full laundry and two separate water closets.
Upstairs there a large loft space with balcony, this space has two tri-bunks, and a single bed with a television.
Outside relax, in the beautiful Exmouth weather, head out to the large deck and enjoy our sunsets, cool off in the pool or park your boat on the private jetty (no power).

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
