Free high speed reliable NBN Wi-Fi and parking are available. Babies/toddlers are welcome and catered for.

Property Features:

Apartment is designed for two adults, but babies and toddlers can be catered for on request.
Spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. Both heat and sound insulated, and have split air conditioners and overhead ceiling fans to easily combat very hot days.
Living area comprises a full modern kitchen with most appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils, and a comfortable lounge area.
Bedroom has a queen bed.
Full bathroom also houses a washing machine and drying rack with a shared clothes hoist nearby.
Living area furnishings include a dining table and chairs, a 2 lounge chairs and a large TV.

Alfresco area in front with an electric bbq, table and chairs.

Parking for a car and boat / trailer close by.

All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.

Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 2 nights.

Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets.

Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

This was a great find in Exmouth , location was terrific and the accommodation had everything one needed for 2 people. David was a delight to liaise with and any issues were dealt with expeditiously.
