Getaway Villas 38-2 ticks all the boxes. It is a modern, spacious, fully furnished, self-contained 1x1 apartment, within a holiday village. Ideally located in the heart of town, it is a short walk to most attractions. It is comfortable, quiet, and affordable, and the perfect getaway for couples or business people, who wish to see what Exmouth has on offer at a competitive price and a touch of luxury. Free wifi and parking are available. Babies/toddlers are welcome and catered for.

Property Features:

The living area comprises of a full modern kitchen with most appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils, and a comfortable lounge area.

Wifi is available for emails and surfing the net. However, in the holiday season the NBN tower is often overloaded and wifi can be slow.

The bedroom has a king bed that can be spilt into singles if requested.

The full bathroom also houses a washing machine and drying rack with a shared clothes’ hoist nearby.

Living area furnishings include a dining table and chairs, a 2 lounge chairs and a large TV.

There is a patio area in front with an electric bbq and table and chairs.

There is secure parking for a car and boat close by.

All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.

Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 2 nights.

Strictly no smoking or illicit drugs inside this property and no pets.

Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.

Minimum age for booking is 25 years.
This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
