On arrival (22/09/23) there were a few faults with the villa. I filled out the Maintenance request form but thought it better to address it now as these issues were present when we got here.

Larissa - 27th September 2023

• The first time I pulled out the rangehood one of the globes blew and tripped the power. The filter is also hanging down a little. • The silver round coverings on the hotplate knobs- one was missing, and 2 were just resting on top. • Shower and bath taps drip unless turned off really tight, which I know is no good for the washers. • The air conditioner filters are very dusty • Lots of mould in the shower grout. All it would take is a toothbrush and a little vinegar to scrub it out. I'd do it myself, however I don't think I should have to. Different story if it built up over our stay. • A globe in the bathroom is not working • The lamp if the downstairs bedroom works but is broken. The globe hangs as the screw no longer holds it inside the shade. It is a desk style lamp. • The rug in the TV area is not very clean. I found some dried cranberries on it, and we haven't had cranberries here. I raise these issues with the greatest intention. We love staying at Osprey and I'm sure agree that a high standard of maintenance should be maintained for future guests. I understand this is a busy time of the year, and don't expect these issues to be resolved during our stay.
