This fabulous Exmouth holiday villa with a beach house theme provides you with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area that feels fresh and light. The spacious air-conditioned living area includes a large dining table, TV and two generous day beds perfect for putting your feet up at the end of the day.

After fishing, swimming with whale sharks or visiting the Ningaloo Reef you can relax in this impressive holiday villa, lounge on the day beds, enjoy the views from the upstairs loft or relax in the swimming pool within the Osprey Holiday Village. This stylish villa sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Downstairs:

External bathroom includes a shower and toilet that is perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out fishing or swimming at the beach.

Enjoy Exmouth’s beautiful weather in the spacious undercover alfresco area and use the built-in barbeque and outdoor dining table.

If you are into fishing there is ample parking for your car and a boat up to 7m in length, and a 90L freezer to store your catch.

Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets.

Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.

Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
