This cosy, private studio is situated in the heart of Exmouth. Conveniently located across the road from the town center, it has easy access to shops, cafe's, restaurants, dive and fishing charters. The perfect romantic getaway for a couple, or a single person who prefers a little more luxury.

This beautifully styled Studio has been lovingly created by the owners with personal touches that make the property just a little bit special.

Limited cooking facilities with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.

Relax on the private deck surrounded by palms while enjoying a BBQ on the Webber.

Outside the studio is your own private shower, toilet sink and washing machine.

A beautiful addition to this property is the garden bath, situated in a leafy hidden nook. Soak under the stars after a hard day enjoying everything Exmouth has to offer.

Parking is available for one car, this is on the verge under the tree.

Please note this property has a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Linen and bath towels are provided, bring your own beach towels.

Strictly no smoking inside this property.

No pets and not suitable for children.

Noise restrictions apply from 10.00 pm to 08.00am.

Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

  • Access to this property is via a walk way down a driveway, guests are not permitted to park in the driveway.

Bathroom is in a separate dwelling close to the studio..

Also situated on this property is ta tennanted residence and a holiday home.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

The bunkhouse is a lovely!

The bunkhouse is a lovely and very private space. The patio is a little garden paradise. The location is great. Easy walk to grocery store, bakery, and local pub. Only about a 30 minute drive to the Ningaloo Reef area on the other side of the Peninsula. Our hosts were great and very helpful. We'd come here again in a heartbeat.

Very special, tranquil sanctuary

July 2022 - Paul and MJ, Albany WA We stayed at the Bunkhouse for a week, and from the minute we entered the property, felt we were in a very special, tranquil sanctuary. We were awed by the lush, green oasis that is the Bunkhouse - especially loving the outdoor bath! Super private, secure and inviting relaxation, the Bunkhouse is deluxe in it's appointments, including bathrobes and slippers, quaint window bench/breakfast bar, gorgeously comfortable bed with quality bed linen, cane armchairs on the deck, bbq, great bathroom/laundry area with plush towels, washing machine & more. Even better is the short walk to the best coffee in town at Earlybird cafe, where we enjoyed coffee & lovely breakfasts every day. There are several cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the Bunkhouse, and all the essential shops as well. Great value, and highly recommend!
